HayDay Cafe visits the Seaside

Our theme for August was the Seaside and we had great fun with our 19 visitors. Volunteers Trish and Sue modelled the knitted bathing suits that went all baggy down to your knees when you went in the sea. We heard poems and had ice-cream delivered by the 'Stop me and buy one' bicycle aswell as our usual tea and cakes. Our regular visitor, Roger, brought his guitar and most people joined in singing sea themed songs such as 'I do like to be besides the seaside'.
